Holidays shipping is upon us! Please know that the United States Postal Service (USPS) is already overwhelmed with Christmas packages. While the actual delivery dates appear to be just a few days behind, and it only happens occasionally, this could get worse as we get closer to Christmas. The tracking for packages is very inaccurate. I personally have received packages there were not scanned along the way by USPS. Please leave enough time for a delayed package due to the holiday rush. I would hate for a Christmas to be ruined by a delayed package! I wish I could guarantee this will arrive for Christmas. It might, it might not. The delivery services are flooded. Product is new, box is damaged. Please see photos -they are worth 1000 words and show much more than I can describe in words. This is the only one I have. I cannot provide technical support. I would not know how. I sometimes travel for work (where I sometimes find my treasures), so that is why I selected that it might take me 3 days to ship. If I am at home, I will ship ASAP.
